Please read this Refund Policy carefully to fully understand your rights, privileges,
and limitations under the policies of US Global Publishers.
While US Global Publishers aims to offer a fair and transparent process, our
100% Refund Policy is conditional and subject to the terms outlined
in this document.
Refund Policy Will Be Considered Void If:
A refund will not be processed under the following circumstances:
- You have purchased a special offer, discounted package, or customized service plan.
- You request revisions beyond the initial concepts or agreed deliverables.
- You remain unresponsive for more than 14 days without prior notice.
- You request to place the project on hold for any reason.
- Any company policy or guidelines have been violated.
- The creative brief lacks essential information required to execute the project.
- Your business undergoes a name change, rebranding, or closure.
- Reasons such as “change of mind,” “internal disagreements,” or other reasons unrelated to service quality.
- Multiple rounds of revisions have already been accepted.
Incompetent Delivery
A refund may only be considered after the client has exhausted all available options, including:
- The delivered work does not align with the project requirements documented by the client.
- We offer unlimited revisions to ensure complete satisfaction.
- If needed, we will reassign, rewrite, or revise your project until it aligns with expectations.
If, after all attempts, we are still unable to meet the documented requirements,
a partial refund may be granted upon mutual agreement.
A refund will only be considered if the delivered work is entirely inconsistent
with the provided brief.
Refund Limitations
- Refunds requested due to minor, non-critical errors (formatting, typos, small technical issues) will be handled through partial refunds or service credits.
- Delays caused by the client (late responses, incomplete briefs, delayed approvals) do not qualify for refunds.
- Once a project has been fully completed and delivered, the client is no longer eligible for a full refund.
